Job Description
<div>Roles & Responsibilities:<br />
• Drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.<br />
• Ensuring all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<br />
• Conducting legal research and providing summaries and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to<br />
the company's operations.<br />
• Maintaining accurate and well-organized corporate records and legal documents.<br />
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory filings and submissions.<br />
• Support in corporate governance activities, including board meetings and shareholder meetings.<br />
• Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance best practices.</div>

<div>Qualifications:<br />
• Must hold a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB)<br />
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in legal and regulatory frameworks<br />
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents<br />
• Strong communication and presentation skills<br />
• Prior experience working in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is mandatory</div>
