<div>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<br /> &bull; Drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.<br /> &bull; Ensuring all legal documents are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<br /> &bull; Conducting legal research and providing summaries and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to<br /> the company&#39;s operations.<br /> &bull; Maintaining accurate and well-organized corporate records and legal documents.<br /> &bull; Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage regulatory filings and submissions.<br /> &bull; Support in corporate governance activities, including board meetings and shareholder meetings.<br /> &bull; Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance best practices.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> &bull; Must hold a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB)<br /> &bull; Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in legal and regulatory frameworks<br /> &bull; Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents<br /> &bull; Strong communication and presentation skills<br /> &bull; Prior experience working in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is mandatory</div>
