Job Description
In this critical role, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious sales goals by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, negotiate win-win partnerships, and manage the entire sales lifecycle to ensure successful collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify high-value sales opportunities.
- Source and qualify potential clients based on strategic fit, industry expertise, and target audience reach.
- Lead the negotiation process to develop mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives to maximize partnership impact.
- Track and measure the performance of sales activities, identifying areas for improvement and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for commercial sales.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing successful sales opportunities.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and relevant commercial ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales campaigns (a plus).
- Data-driven approach with the ability to track and measure sales performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
