Job Description

In this critical role, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious sales goals by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. You will identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing clients, negotiate win-win partnerships, and manage the entire sales lifecycle to ensure successful collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify high-value sales opportunities.
  • Source and qualify potential clients based on strategic fit, industry expertise, and target audience reach.
  • Lead the negotiation process to develop mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives to maximize partnership impact.
  • Track and measure the performance of sales activities, identifying areas for improvement and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for commercial sales.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing successful sales opportunities.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and relevant commercial ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales campaigns (a plus).
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to track and measure sales performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
