UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Figma and a passion for creating intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. This role will contribute to enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products and aligning design strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user experience and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Develop design systems, style guides, and best practices to maintain a unified look and feel across digital platforms.
• Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from team members and end-users to continuously improve functionality and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with design methodologies such as user research, persona development, and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience working in an agile development process.

Experience

• 2 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with hands-on use of Figma and a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.

Environment

• Based in Mumbai with a typical work setting in a collaborative office environment. Flexibility for occasional remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered based on project requirements.

Salary

• 10 LPA (Cost to Company)
