Flutter Lead

Job Summary

As a Flutter Lead based onsite in Noida, you will be responsible for spearheading the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge cross-platform mobile applications. You will provide technical leadership, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s mobile product offerings and driving technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design, architecture, and development of robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and conduct code reviews for a team of Flutter developers.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, application performance, and scalability.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in mobile development.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage development timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on key project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years dedicated to mobile application development.
• Deep expertise in Flutter and Dart programming.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong knowledge of mobile SDKs, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of total software development experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
• Prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role is highly preferred.

• Location: Noida, India (Onsite)
