Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

This role is focused on designing and developing high-quality web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate will leverage their 4+ years of experience in React to drive efficient UI development, optimize applications for maximum speed, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. This position is based in Bangalore and offers a competitive salary range between 25L to 40L INR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement in application performance and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BTech, BSc, equivalent).
• 4+ years of professional experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Exposure to modern testing frameworks and tools.

Experience
