Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Brand team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, branding, and digital design, with the capability to translate brand and marketing objectives into engaging creative assets across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create product communication, launch creatives, campaign assets, and promotional materials while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Product, and Content teams to understand briefs and deliver high-quality creatives.
• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for new product launches, campaigns, events, and brand activations.
• Design Point of Sale Materials (POSM), brochures, catalogues, standees, posters, event branding, packaging adaptations, and trade marketing materials.
• Adapt master creatives into multiple formats, languages, and platform specifications.
• Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, printers, and production partners when required.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media formats, typography, visual styles, and emerging creative tools.
• Ensure accuracy in artwork, dimensions, typography, color, product representation, and final production files.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion/video tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to convert a creative brief into compelling visual communication.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take feedback positively and develop multiple creative iterations.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• A strong and updated design portfolio showcasing branding, digital, social media, campaign, and/or packaging work.
• A creative, proactive individual willing to experiment with new visual styles.
• A designer who can balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives.
• Strong ownership of projects from brief to final artwork.
• Experience in an FMCG, consumer, stationery, lifestyle, or other fast-moving brand environment would be an advantage.
