Job Summary
The Sr. Growth Manager is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. This position is responsible for driving business growth by integrating the efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The role entails complete ownership of the player lifecycle and experience, with a focus on building a data-driven customer-centric approach and identifying key opportunities to scale the business rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, in collaboration with marketing, product, and data teams to drive player acquisition, retention, and contribution.
- Create customer segmentation and establish strong loyalty programs to enhance gameplay and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to innovate product formats and identify new game segments and customer categories based on market benchmarking.
- Conduct continuous data-driven A/B experiments to identify opportunities across the player lifecycle.
- Conceptualize and implement CRM initiatives, including tournament and bonus optimization, to reactivate inactive players and maximize Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Deliver exceptional player experiences by crafting customized journeys, personalized communication, and support while leveraging product excellence.
- Ensure a robust governance framework, including performance reporting, review, and analysis.
- Improve user engagement through innovative product features that have a direct impact on LTV.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team for the organization.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute is a must.
- MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I institute is preferred.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of total experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Growth roles in a high-growth digital environment.
- Overall experience should be under 10 years.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving growth in customer retention or acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise with CRM and marketing tools.
- Proficient in advanced data analytics and tools.
