Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to the dealer network to achieve company sales targets.
    • Set Targets: Establish sales goals and objectives for each dealer and ensure alignment with overall company sales plans.
    • Responsible for handling P&L.
  2. Performance Monitoring
    • Track Performance: Monitor and evaluate dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Report Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  3. Marketing and Promotions
    • Coordinate Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and incentives for dealers.
    • Monitor Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Market Analysis and Insights
    • Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
    • Provide Insights: Share market insights and recommendations with the company’s management to guide strategic decisions.
    • Handle Issues: Address any compliance issues or conflicts that arise between the company and dealers.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Planning
    • Prepare Forecasts: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis and dealer input.
    • Monitor Sales Trends: Track sales performance and adjust forecasts and plans as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
