Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to the dealer network to achieve company sales targets.
- Set Targets: Establish sales goals and objectives for each dealer and ensure alignment with overall company sales plans.
- Responsible for handling P&L.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track Performance: Monitor and evaluate dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Marketing and Promotions
- Coordinate Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and incentives for dealers.
- Monitor Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of marketing and promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Analysis and Insights
- Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Provide Insights: Share market insights and recommendations with the company’s management to guide strategic decisions.
- Handle Issues: Address any compliance issues or conflicts that arise between the company and dealers.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning
- Prepare Forecasts: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis and dealer input.
- Monitor Sales Trends: Track sales performance and adjust forecasts and plans as needed to respond to changing market conditions.
