The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates in collaboration with technical teams and delivery managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for sourcing profiles through various job portals including LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software for managing candidate pipelines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in managing recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in using ATS software for tracking and managing candidates.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR roles.
