Job Description: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Business Finance Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Controller to join our team. This role involves managing financial reporting, key account finance, and commercial oversight while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities The incumbent in this position will:  Maintain accurate financial records and segmented reporting, guide teams on transaction processing and account reconciliations.  Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.  Develop business models and commercial proposals for new and existing opportunities.  Manage financial relationships with key clients, ensuring account profitability and strategic alignment.  Oversee customer and vendor contract management, including pricing negotiations and compliance with commercial clauses.  Monitor project P&Ls, ensure budget compliance, and implement strategies to improve margins.  Support the development and implementation of financial controls across teams.  Lead budgeting, financial planning, rolling forecasts, and financial ratio analysis.  Partner with sales and operations to support new initiatives and provide line-level service P&L insights.  Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes. Experience  6-8 years of relevant experience in managing Business Finance POSITION AVAILABLE: Educational Qualification  CA Skills and Competencies  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology is preferred.
