Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in data engineering and a proven track record in leading complex, end-to-end data projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on delivery experience, preferably from top-tier IT consulting firms, and will contribute significantly to the organization’s data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data engineering and analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and facilitating effective communication.
• Deliver technical solutions by guiding teams in solutioning and implementation.
• Manage both onshore (30%) and offshore (70%) project responsibilities.
• Utilize Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks to enhance project outcomes.
• Handle escalations and client engagements effectively, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Data Engineering background with hands-on experience in data engineering, data analytics, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Proven experience in full lifecycle project delivery, including budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent skills in escalation management, client engagement, and team leadership.
• Ability to lead distributed teams with effective communication and issue resolution skills.
• Strong focus on technical delivery rather than people management.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in top-tier IT consulting firms.
• Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and techniques.

Experience
