ob Summary: The Third-Party Products Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding the company's portfolio of third-party investment and insurance products. This role entails developing strategic partnerships, optimizing product offerings, and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the investment and insurance markets, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of generating revenue through third-party product channels. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: o Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from third-party investment and insurance products. o Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and product offerings to drive sales and profitability. o Set and achieve revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth in line with the company's financial goals. Product Portfolio Management: o Lead the selection and curation of a diverse portfolio of third-party products that meet client needs and align with company objectives. o Regularly assess and optimize product offerings to ensure they are competitive and relevant in the market. o Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability. Strategic Partnerships: o Establish and nurture strategic relationships with third-party product providers, including investment managers, insurance companies, and financial institutions. o Negotiate favourable terms and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients. o Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service delivery. Go-to-Market Strategy: o Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for third-party products. o Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials. o Train and support sales teams to effectively communicate the benefits of third-party products to clients. Risk Management and Compliance: o Ensure all third-party products comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. o Work with legal and compliance teams to manage risks associated with third-party products, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: o Monitor and analyze the performance of third-party products, providing regular reports on revenue, profitability. o Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve product offerings. Qualifications: Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in investment or insurance product management, with a focus on revenue generation
