New Business Creation – Fabtech is launching a new division under the international business, called ATF
– Advanced Technology Facilities. Fabtech aims to differentiate through: Regional presence, India-based
design backbone, and flexible vendor models.
Purpose of ATF: To build total turnkey infrastructure solutions in non-pharma high-growth sectors:

• Semiconductors

• Electronics
• EV battery facilities
• Food & F&B infrastructure
Scope of Offerings: ATF will offer EPC/turnkey solutions comprising:

• ATF will focus on: Saudi Arabia, GCC markets, Africa.

Rationale for Hiring: Fabtech is creating a new global business vertical, ATF – Advanced Technology
Facilities, focused on delivering turnkey infrastructure solutions in Data Centers, Semiconductors,
Electronics, Solar, Green Energy, EV Batteries, and F&B facilities across Saudi Arabia, GCC, and Africa.
The Business Head will build this business from ground zero—strategy, sales, operations, vendor
ecosystem, team, P&L—eventually scaling into the CEO of the ATF division.
Key Responsibilities
Business Creation & Strategy
• Build the ATF business model, market approach, and 3–5-year strategy.
• Define offerings spanning EPC, MEP, and turnkey integrated infrastructure solutions.
• Identify high-potential geographies and customer segments across GCC & Africa.
P&L Ownership
• Full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cost structures, and business performance.
• Build scalable systems, governance, and execution frameworks.
Sales & Business Development
• Lead customer acquisition in GCC, Saudi, and African markets.
• Leverage Fabtech’s international presence (UAE, Saudi, Africa) to win large EPC/Mega-project
mandates.
• Represent Fabtech with government entities, EPC clients, consultants, and global partners.
Project Delivery Leadership
• Oversee turnkey execution including civil, MEP, HVAC, fire systems, electricals, UPS, cooling and
integration of OEM compute infrastructure.
• Manage vendor ecosystems (local contractors, OEMs, technology partners).
• Ensure high-quality, compliant, on-time delivery within globally accepted project standards.
Team Building
• Create a multi-country ATF team including engineering, project management, BD, and support
functions.

Experience & Qualifications
• Any Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent).
• MBA preferred but not essential.
Must Have
• 18–25 years in EPC/MEP/infrastructure industries.
• Strong experience in data centers, semiconductor facilities, clean energy, or large industrial EPC
projects.
• Proven sales or execution track record in GCC, Saudi Arabia, or Africa.
• Demonstrated ability to build a business/function from scratch.
• Exposure to multi-vendor and multi-OEM integration models.
Preferred
• Experience executing or selling turnkey project services.
• Strong technical grounding in MEP/HVAC/Electrical/Data Center infrastructure.
