Job Summary

The Technical Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders while managing technical resources and systems. This position is crucial for maintaining and supporting production environments, contributing to the organization's operational success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan technical projects, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Administer and maintain Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize AWS services (EC2, EBS, IAM, EKS, Route53, S3, Cloudwatch) to support cloud management.
• Implement and manage container orchestration using Amazon EKS and Kubernetes (k8s).
• Maintain production systems and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with AWS services, especially EC2, EBS, IAM, EKS, Route53, S3, and Cloudwatch.
  • Proficient in maintaining/administering Linux systems.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins-based DevOps pipelines and tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and the ELK stack.
  • Understanding of service-oriented architecture and microservices.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and tracking skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Educational Qualifications: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with shell scripting, Bash scripting, or Python.
• Experience with various databases including MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and message queues like Kafka and Beanstalk.

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical coordination role.
