Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Senior Director/VP – Growth for a Large Supply Chain Platform for Fresh Commerce.

The incumbent must have an experience of 10+ years in expansion and scaling across Tier 3/4 markets across India and a strong background in offline and online performance marketing in the B2B space.

The Ideal candidate should: -

· Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition across Tier 3/4 markets.

· Implement innovative drives across rural Indian markets.

· Improve and analyse funnel for marketing activities and in-turn build data-driven roadmaps.

· Leverage different social and offline avenues basis performance.

· Build cross-functional expertise across the internal and external teams to manage fruitful partnerships.

· Build a team and nurture them to a common goal of the org.

· Based or willing to relocate to Chennai.

Candidate should have a proven track record in owning and executing growth hacking and achieving high-impact results along with the ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
