Crux for Finance Controller role -

From a technical skills perspective we have to look for group consolidation, ifc(internal controls), IndAS accounting experience, inventory management,  processes setting up and erp implementations. Any profile with most/many of these skill sets is what we look for. Also preference is people who have worked or handled Big 4/6 firms would be good.
