Job Title: Manager – Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end non-IT recruitment across business functions such as operations, customer experience, sales, logistics, and support roles.
Drive bulk hiring strategy to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets (40–50 closures), ensuring quality and speed.
Collaborate closely with function heads and business leaders to understand manpower planning and deliver within tight timelines.
Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters—tracking performance, setting priorities, and ensuring operational excellence.
Implement efficient sourcing strategies, leverage job boards and social platforms, and manage internal databases effectively.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, generate hiring reports, and support TA analytics for leadership updates.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through structured interview processes and timely feedback mechanisms.
Stay updated on hiring trends and talent market intelligence, continuously improving hiring processes and candidate pipeline.
