Job Description
<div>KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
• Manage day to day developments - New modules, change requests and backlogs. Ensure<br />
timely delivery through development partners<br />
• Manage risks - Perform impact analysis of proposed changes, Identify and eliminate<br />
possible first and second order issues, debug issues and ensure data consistency. Implement<br />
security controls as per recommendation of security team<br />
• Requirement Elicitation - Documentation in form of user stories or Functional specifications<br />
to capture user needs, in collaboration with users from other teams like – operations,<br />
marketing, sales, and finance.<br />
• Implementing and Managing Integrations-API based and custom integrations with third<br />
party systems to create end-to-end digital process flows, with the CRM at the heart of it.<br />
• Admin activities - On Salesforce and a cluster of surround systems that integrate with CRM,<br />
including but not limited to Survey portal, payment Tech Portal, Whatsapp for Business<br />
Portal etc<br />
• Manage Stakeholder Expectations – Work on Reports and Dashboards , Periodic huddles<br />
with business users, training functional users on new processes and modules as needed<br />
MINIMUM & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:<br />
• Minimum 3 years of experience of working as a application owner/manager and delivering<br />
change requests, new functionality development, migrations and deployment for enterprise<br />
applications like CRM, ERP or any other BPM (Business process management) application<br />
• Strong in SQL and understanding of relational databases. Adept in working with large and<br />
varied datasets for creating reports and dashboards<br />
• Minimum 2 years of prior coding experience in languages like Java or .Net. With continued<br />
proficiency<br />
• Proven capability to design technical solutions to meet business needs, cutting across<br />
multiple applications or requiring third party integrations<br />
• Ability to control scope and drive clarity on requirements, simplify and optimise new<br />
business requirements and identify logically conflicting or redundant processes and suggest<br />
workarounds/alternative when required.<br />
• Troubleshoot errors and implement suitable solutions in a timely manner.<br />
• Active interest in Enterprise Architecture, System Thinking and Business Strategy.<br />
• Keen on learning new skillset on SFDC/APEX and stay constantly updated on the platform’s<br />
new tools, capabilities, and updates and influence adaptation of new functionality by the<br />
broader team.<br />
MINIMUM & PREFERRED EDUCATION:</div>
<div>Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering in one of these areas Computer Science, IT, Data-<br />
Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering</div>
<div>Preferred Master’s in one of these areas –Product management, Data Science and BI, Operations<br />
Management, Business Analytics</div>
