The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing the business cycle, engaging with technical leaders, and optimizing sales workflows. Responsibilities

  • Own the Business Cycle: Drive progression, negotiation, and closing across active, qualified pipeline deals.
  • Partner with Tech Leaders: Collaborate directly with founders and technical leads to align the company’s value proposition with the needs of engineering, product, and platform teams.
  • Manage Outbound & Re-engagement: Conduct highly personalized outreach through email and LinkedIn, and actively re-engage stalled or nurture-stage opportunities.
  • Support Founder-Led Sales: Coordinate high-stakes meetings, demos, and follow-ups alongside the founding team.
  • Optimize GTM Experiments: Test, iterate, and refine messaging, outbound systems, and sales workflows in real-time.
  • Maintain Revenue Hygiene: Ensure CRM data accuracy and reliable pipeline progression.

Qualifications
