Responsibilities
- Write clean, high-quality Python code to train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI/LLM models.
- Leverage public datasets to extract and analyze data, providing meaningful insights for model enhancement.
- Create and maintain Jupyter Notebooks with well-documented logic, reasoning, and outcomes.
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses across various computer science topics, ensuring accuracy and context relevance.
- Provide detailed feedback and rationales to improve LLM response quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, system design, and modern coding practices.
- Proficient in Python with a deep understanding of the language’s syntax and conventions.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), particularly in explaining technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Planning.
- Familiarity with LLM tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
- Exposure to prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and AI/ML projects.
