Warehouse Operation Manager   Warehouse Operations Management: <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and manage the daily operations of the warehouse.</li> <li>Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.</li> <li>Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.</li> <li>Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize productivity and efficiency.</li> <li>Staff Management:</li> <li>Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise warehouse staff.</li> <li>Develop staff through training programs and career development initiatives.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure the warehouse team adheres to all company policies and procedures.</li> </ul>   Inventory Control: <ul> <li>Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.</li> <li>Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.</li> </ul>   Safety and Compliance: <ul> <li>Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li> </ul>   Process Improvement: <ul> <li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and last mile delivery operation.</li> <li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline processes.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li> </ul>   Last mile delivery Operation and Customer Service Handling: <ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery. Since we are working on same day delivery all delivery has to be happen as per SLA defined.</li> <li>Address and resolve any customer service issues related to warehouse operations as well handling the brand queries.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">COD Management to be taken care for last mile delivery operation</li> </ul> Budget Management: <ul> <li>Develop and manage the warehouse budget.</li> <li>Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and financial metrics.</li> </ul>   Experience: <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.</li> <li>Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Experience with last field force of rider handling.</li> </ul>   Position: Warehouse Manager Salary: till 43k to 47k gross salary ( Also depending upon candidate Experience) Location: Andheri- Marol Pay roll: Company pay roll Notice period: Not more than 15-20 days max to max Requirement: Candidate from ecommerce industry.
