Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer skilled in .NET, React, and AWS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend development using .NET Core/.NET 6/.NET 8 and a solid grasp of modern frontend technologies such as React or Next.js. This role contributes to the organization’s goals by enabling high-quality product development and timely feature deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure REST APIs and microservices using .NET.
• Build interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React or Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write and maintain unit and integration test cases for code quality and reliability.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and deployment tools like Octopus.
• Manage and optimize database performance (MSSQL/Oracle).
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (or Azure).
• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance using tools like Splunk, Observe, or similar tools.
• Work within Agile methodologies, participate in daily stand-ups, and contribute to sprint planning.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in .NET Core / .NET 6 / .NET 8.
  • Strong experience with React or Next.js for frontend development.
  • Familiarity with AWS services for application deployment and management.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and deployment practices.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies, including MSSQL and Oracle.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NestJS is a plus.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.

Experience

4–8 years of professional experience in full stack development with a focus on .NET, React, and AWS technologies.

Environment

The position is based in Bengaluru and supports a hybrid/on-site work arrangement.
