Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented IT Application Software Solution Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or technology consulting, with strong relationship-building and client management skills. This role is focused on individual contribution towards achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services and consulting space.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers to understand client needs.
- Present and pitch Adamas Tech Consulting’s service offerings, including ERP, IT application software, product sales, and customized software solutions.
- Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking forums.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in IT/Technology and customized software solutions sales, application software sales, and business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions including ERP, cloud services, and application development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B/enterprise sales is preferred.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling application software, Microsoft, or cloud-based services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Exposure to international clients or offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of AI-based software sales tools.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT services and technology sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in no more than two companies.
Environment
- Contractual employment for 6 to 12 months based on performance.
- Location: Delhi/Bangalore.
Salary
- Budget: ₹12-15 LPA plus incentives.
