<div>Job Title: Credit Analyst – Business Support (Supply Chain Finance)<br />

Role Summary<br />
As a Credit Analyst supporting the Supply Chain Finance business team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling business growth by providing strategic credit insights, supporting deal structuring, and facilitating onboarding of clients. Your focus will be on partnering with relationship managers, product teams, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure credit decisions align with business goals while maintaining prudent risk standards.<br />

Key Responsibilities<br />
Business Enablement & Deal Support<br />
Thorough understanding of B/S, ratios, industry analysis, CAM preparation, etc.<br />
Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to evaluate credit feasibility of new supply chain finance proposals.<br />
Provide timely credit inputs during client pitches, deal structuring, and onboarding processes.<br />
Support the development of customized credit solutions tailored to client needs and supply chain dynamics.<br />
CAM preparation of anchor corporates & vendors.<br />
<br />
Credit Analysis & Risk Advisory<br />
Analyze financials of anchor corporates and their suppliers/buyers to assess creditworthiness.<br />
Offer proactive risk advisory to business teams on client selection, exposure limits, and portfolio diversification.<br />
Monitor macroeconomic and industry trends to inform business strategy and credit appetite.<br />
<br />
Stakeholder Collaboration<br />
Act as a bridge between credit risk and business teams, ensuring alignment on risk policies and business objectives.<br />
Participate in internal discussions to refine product offerings and credit frameworks for supply chain finance.<br />
Liaise with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of transactions.<br />
Interact with credit teams of co-lending partners & to address all queries raised by the co-lending credit teams on a regular basis.<br />
<br />
Portfolio Insights & Reporting<br />
Provide periodic insights on portfolio performance, concentration risks, and early warning signals.<br />
Assist in preparing business presentations, client reports, and internal dashboards for senior management.<br />
<br />
Qualifications & Skills<br />
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.<br />
4–5 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in trade finance, supply chain finance, or corporate banking.<br />
Strong understanding of supply chain finance structures (e.g., payables finance, dealer/vendor finance).<br />
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br />
Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling and credit assessment.<br />
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.<br />

Commercial acumen and ability to balance risk with business growth.<br />
Experience working closely with front-office teams or product development.<br />
Familiarity with digital platforms and data tools used in supply chain finance.<br />
