Job Summary
The SailPoint IdentityNow Consultant will drive the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions. This role is crucial in collaborating with both business and technical teams to design and implement effective Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) models. The consultant will ensure that architectural setups in cloud and hybrid environments are scalable and perform optimally while adhering to cloud security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow solutions, including configuration, workflows, and connectors.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand and design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) models.
- Design and review architectural setups involving IdentityNow in cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Integrate IdentityNow with enterprise applications (such as Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, and Oracle Fusion) for automated provisioning and governance.
- Develop and enforce identity governance policies, including certification campaigns, access request policies, and SoD violation management.
- Liaise with security, compliance, and application teams to align identity governance with organizational policies.
- Provide L3 support and perform root cause analysis for IdentityNow-related incidents and performance issues.
- Create detailed technical documentation and audit-ready reports for identity governance activities and compliance checks.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow and related identity governance strategies.
- Experience in designing RBAC and SoD models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze performance issues.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams effectively.
- Technical proficiency in implementing connectors and workflows within IdentityNow.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Certification in CISM (optional), CISSP (optional), and SailPoint IdentityNow certification.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications integration beyond the listed ones (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Understanding of compliance frameworks related to identity governance.
