Job Summary
The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining technology solutions within Lululemon. This senior-level position requires the individual to provide advisory support for business requirements, with a strong focus on Salesforce-related solutions. Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for Salesforce-related incidents and service requests escalated from Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal support processes.
- Support deployment activities and post-release validations.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform changes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce support or system analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom applications.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Workbench, Data Loader, and debug logs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in rotational on-call shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator and PD-I certification.
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Exposure to integration of tools and middleware (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
