Java Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, with a strong focus on API development. This role requires at least 5 years of experience and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in the back-end development process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.
• Lead API development, integration, and optimization.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive, functional code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to improve application performance and reliability.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong experience in API development and integration.
• Proficiency in Java frameworks (such as Spring, Hibernate).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
