ESRI ArcGIS Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ESRI Solution Architect with a strong background in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and related solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network models and a proven track record in an Architect role. This position is crucial for designing and implementing GIS solutions that leverage out-of-the-box capabilities and integrate with SAP and other third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ESRI ArcGIS Pro solutions.
• Leverage out-of-the-box capabilities to replace custom solutions.
• Integrate ESRI GIS with SAP and other third-party applications.
• Collaborate with ESRI and stakeholders to design and deploy GIS solutions.
• Handle partnerships and client interactions to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and lead a strong GIS team, utilizing networking skills to attract top talent.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in GIS implementation.
• Be onsite-ready and open to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS Pro implementation.
• Strong expertise in Geometric to Utility Network migration.
• Prior experience in solution architecture for GIS projects.
• Proven integration experience with SAP and third-party systems.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to build and manage a high-performing GIS team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating closely with ESRI in designing and implementing GIS solutions.
• Familiarity with leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to replace custom solution components.
• Strong partnership handling skills and client worthiness.
• Technically savvy with excellent networking skills.
• Ready to travel and work from onsite locations.

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in ESRI ArcGIS Pro and GIS solutions.
• Proven track record in migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network models.
• Experience in an Architect role with integration experience in SAP and third-party systems.

Environment

• Location: Hyderabad
• Work Setting: Primarily in-office with potential for travel as required.
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary

• CTC: ₹25-30 LPA
