Java Developer

Job Summary

The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java technologies. The role focuses on building robust solutions and microservices architecture with Spring Boot, contributing to efficient and scalable business systems. The position is contractual and based in Gurgaon, with an immediate start required within 15 days.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Implement and optimize microservices using Spring Boot framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java language and related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in Spring Boot development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Java development, with significant exposure to microservices and Spring Boot frameworks.

Salary

Estimated salary range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
