Job Summary

The End Point Administrator will be responsible for managing Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune, focusing on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) configurations. This role is crucial in enhancing endpoint security and ensuring compliance with organizational policies while troubleshooting complex management issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Configure and manage MDM/MAM settings and troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues.
• Utilize endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender and implement encryption technologies like BitLocker.
• Manage Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) functionalities.
• Implement scripting and automation tools, particularly PowerShell, for efficient management of Windows devices.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security practices, including patch management, compliance policies, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure familiarity and manage VPNs, certificate management, and remote access solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Windows endpoint management, with a focus on Microsoft Intune.

  • Windows Desktop Management via Intune: Expert
  • Mobile Device Management (iOS via Intune): Intermediate
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Azure AD: Expert
  • Group Policy Management & Troubleshooting: Expert
  • Cloud VDI and Thin Client (IGEL) Knowledge: Basic
  • Scripting (PowerShell), DevOps, Automation: Intermediate

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of endpoint security practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

Experience

• At least 8 years of direct experience related to Windows endpoint management and Microsoft Intune.
