Job Summary

The Data Scientist will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining data pipelines, optimizing machine learning models, and creating data-driven insights that contribute to the organization’s growth and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Java, Scala, PySpark, and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Scala).
• Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and XGBoost.
• Design and manage real-time data workflows leveraging Kafka, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Create dashboards and insights using Tableau or Power BI to support decision-making.
• Utilize Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) to deploy and operationalize data and Machine Learning solutions.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our data assets.
• Design and maintain quality indicators as well as the corresponding monitoring and alerting systems.
• Troubleshoot and document issues in compliance with Amadeus standards.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to data-related issues, systems, and processes.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with real-time data processing using tools like Kafka and databases such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency in creating visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as Azure or Databricks for deploying data solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
