Job Summary

We are urgently seeking a Senior Mendix Developer who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Mendix applications. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in defining technical architecture, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Senior Mendix Development Projects: Oversee end-to-end delivery of Mendix applications, from requirement gathering through to deployment and support.
• Architecture & Design: Define technical architecture, design scalable and performant Mendix applications, and integrate with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, etc.).
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and facilitate agile development workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and implement unit and integration testing.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve application performance, maintain system health, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Governance & Standards: Enforce Mendix development standards and contribute to the internal knowledge base and reusable component libraries.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Mendix development experience (relevant experience must be at least 3 years in Mendix).
  • Preference for candidates with 4+ years of Mendix experience.
• Certifications: Mendix Advanced Developer certification is required; Expert certification is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Proficient in integrating Mendix with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party tools.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Mendix Cloud/Azure/AWS).
  • Solid understanding of database design, data modeling, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience in cloud computing, particularly with integrating Mendix applications with major cloud platforms.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in Mendix development, with a preference for those having 4+ years of experience.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore, Hybrid. Candidates from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, or nearby locations are preferred.
