Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including Scoped and Custom Applications.
  • Implement ServiceNow integrations with various enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, Jira, and Azure.
  • Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and automation.
  • Design reports, dashboards, and performance analytics in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features and enhancements through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL practices and ServiceNow governance concerning security and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS, and UI frameworks.
    • Experience with Scoped Applications, Custom Applications, and App Engine Development.
    • Deep understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ServiceNow governance best practices.
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
    • Experience in ServiceNow Security (ACLs, roles, encryption, compliance controls).
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, platform maintenance, and automation.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Educational Qualifications: Preferred degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Implementation.
  • Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment is a plus.
