Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for driving growth and engagement across Qubo’s social media channels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand cultural trends and storytelling, transforming product narratives into content that resonates with audiences. Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Qubo's social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other forums such as Quora, Reddit, and TeamBHP.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
  • Create engaging, platform-first copy and content briefs tailored to the brand's voice and audience.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and in-house creators to realize content ideas.
  • Identify and respond to trends rapidly, converting them into relevant brand content.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytical insights.
  • Manage community engagement, ensuring the brand's tone of voice is maintained and effectively communicated online.
  • Assist in shaping the overall social and content strategy to align with brand objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content trends.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills; a natural storyteller.
  • Experience conceptualizing reels and campaign ideas independently.
  • Creative flair combined with a solid design aesthetic.
  • Ability to communicate in a relatable manner without jargon.
  • Proactive and internet-savvy, deeply engaged with contemporary culture.

Experience
