<div>Duties/Responsibilities:<br /> ● Having at least 6 to 10 years of experienced as a Regional Manager<br /> ● Must have knowledge of the local language of that particular Region.<br /> ● Making profit &amp; loss of each city outlet wise<br /> ● Gather competitor information from the market like price, discount, finance scheme, monthly retail etc.<br /> ● Must have knowledge how to make festival and tactical scheme to increase retail sales<br /> ● Must have knowledge of commercial 3 wheeler.<br /> ● Having experience in various domains (Passenger, SCV (small commercial vehicle, Large commercial<br /> vehicle, medium commercial vehicle or entire range of Commercial vehicles etc)<br /> ● Go-To-Market approach<br /> ● Proficient in network development (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary) in urban, semi-urban &amp; rural territories.<br /> Dealer development - qualitative &amp; quantitative aspects<br /> ● Effectively built teams with people of diverse culture, back-ground &amp; demography<br /> ● Hands-on experience in multiple Region Business Management, Dealer Development, B2B &amp; B&amp;C sales,<br /> Rural sales, Network expansion etc.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> ● Master&rsquo;s degree in business administration.</div>
