You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

• Take ownership of inventory analysis across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of demand planning across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of excel modelling across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of vendor follow-up across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of detail orientation across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally within D2C or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in inventory analysis, demand planning, excel modelling.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
