Job Description

Job Summary:
The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing
and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within
the housing society and small commercial market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales operating plan for quarter & financial year
2. Lead our team of sales/ BD managers and guide them in achieving their
targets, fostering a positive result oriented culture
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify
business opportunities.
4. Set sales targets and ensure the team's alignment with overall company
goals.
5. Recruit and train manage new sales/ BD managers as per operating plan.
6. Collaborate with product & technology team for sales-tech/ CRM
developments for effluence scale up
7. Develop lead generation strategies and work with marketing/ product/ sales
team to execute them
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their
needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
9. Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution
of housing society and small commercial projects.
10.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements and
concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
11.Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and support professional
development
12.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement
corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA
is a plus.
● Proven experience in sales leadership roles, in B2B industries
● Strong understanding of the housing society customer segment is a plus.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales
targets.
● Ability to think strategically and implement effective sales strategies.
● Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory aspects of real estate sales.
