Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including sourcing movement, warehousing,

inventory management, and first, mid, and last-mile delivery

● Design and build a scalable, pan-India logistics network aligned with business

expansion across multiple states

● Establish and optimize warehousing infrastructure, distribution hubs, and logistics

processes from the ground up

● Drive operational excellence through well-defined SOPs, performance metrics, and

continuous process improvements

● Own cost structures across logistics, identifying opportunities for optimization without

compromising service quality

● Hire, lead, and scale large multi-location teams, including warehouse staff, delivery

agents, and regional operations managers

● Build strong systems for demand planning, inventory control, and order fulfilment in

collaboration with procurement and sales teams

● Track, analyze, and improve key performance metrics such as delivery TAT, fill rates,

cost per order, and return rates

● Partner closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategy, expansion planning,

and execution

● Ensure high levels of reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all logistics

operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

● 10–15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations

● Strong experience in FMCG, agri-tech, e-commerce, or distribution-led businesses

● Proven track record of building and scaling logistics systems and networks from

scratch

● Deep experience managing multi-location operations and large field teams

● Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery

operations

● Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution

levels

● Experience working in high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred

● Willingness to travel extensively across operating regions.
