Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Growth Lead to own and execute the company's end-to-end marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) background with expertise across performance marketing, retention, brand building, social media, and analytics. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms.
- Lead retention and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives to improve customer lifetime value, repeat purchases, and engagement.
- Own Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, including brand activations, partnerships, and offline events.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning through impactful storytelling, content, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage social media strategy, content planning, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance using data and analytics to optimize campaigns, budgets, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive innovative growth strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Strong experience working with D2C, E-commerce, or consumer-focused brands.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, brand building, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Experience managing social media, influencer marketing, and content strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and utilizing marketing automation tools.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a D2C environment.
