<div>Job Description &ndash; Assistant Manager (RTR &amp; AR)<br /> Location: Hyderabad<br /> Reports to: Engagement Manager / Client Finance Lead<br /> Role Summary<br /> We are seeking an Assistant Manager &ndash; RTR &amp; AR to support our client engagement in the renewable energy sector. The role combines responsibilities across Record-to-Report (RTR) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including billing, revenue accounting, receivables management, month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and preparation of reporting packs. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> Billing &amp; Accounts Receivable<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Review unbilled revenue accounting and ensure accuracy in revenue recognition.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Validate invoices before issuance and ensure dispatch to customers as per the agreed due date<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Review receivables ageing reports and highlight overdue balances.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Review reconciliation of receivables with customer ledgers.<br /> Record to Report (RTR)<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Support month-end close activities and review trial balances.&nbsp;<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure timely month-end closure.&nbsp;<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist in posting quarterly Ind AS adjustments (EIR, Security Deposits, Promoter Debts).<br /> Intercompany &amp; Reporting<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Review intercompany loans, interest schedules, and reconciliations of balances.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure no unreconciled intercompany balances at month-end.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare revenue schedules and support preparation of the monthly CFO deck.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Review group reporting related schedules including intercompany eliminations, borrowings, and ageing.</div> <div>Ad-hoc Support<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with financial due diligence requests, valuation support, and customer-level analysis as required by the client.</div> <div>Qualifications &amp; Skills<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;CA with strong accounting background.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;1&ndash;2 years of experience in Finance &amp; Accounts, preferably in RTR/AR roles.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Mandatory experience with SAP.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Exposure to the renewable energy sector will be an advantage.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of Ind AS adjustments, revenue accounting, and reconciliations.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br /> &bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</div>
