• Education: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or NISM Post Graduate Program in Securities<br /> Market.<br />
• Certification: Active NISM Series XXI-B certification.<br />
• Experience: 5+ years in the securities market, with 2+ years in core portfolio management,<br /> fund management, or investment advisory.<br />
• Fit and Proper: Must clear the SEBI and Proper person test, demonstrating integrity,<br /> reputation, and absence of criminal or economic offenses.
