The person will be responsible for influencing senior Management as well as Academicians, in a highly competitive market.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>The Job: ● Build a deep understanding of XSEED product proposition and the overall school education market ● Build a robust pipeline of prospect schools and own the pitching to onboarding journey ● Be the &ldquo;Face of XSEED&rdquo; by living our values and nurture relationships with prospect school Management (&ldquo;Business Owners&rdquo;) ● Toggle between influencing Business Owners and senior Academicians (Principal / Teacher) remotely depending on the situation ● Deliver consistently exceeding sales closures month-on-month ● Collaborate with internal functions in order to complete the implementation and ensure collections, in a timely manner The Person: ● 3+ years of experience selling to enterprises (education sector experience is NOT mandatory) ● Exceptional communication + presentation skills and very high level of energy, integrity and perseverance ● Prior experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment is preferred</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Education: ● MBA from Tier 2/3 B school or Engineering from premier institute ● Our Values: We live and breathe the following 4 core values - Be true, Try new, Care Now and Stay till Wow</div>
