1)Horeca product distribution for caterers and restaurants( shiv Sagar)-standard products
2)Food services with customisation like Korean sauces for mcd, burger kings, 5 star hotels 
They should meet the client and understand their requirement for making the customisation 
R&D lab is in Navi Mumbai so will have to travel 
Innovate products
- this person will look at oversee all the categories of products 
- ⁠should be good at communication because he will be interacting with the clients
- ⁠should be able to curate recipes for bulk production 
- ⁠should work closely with the sales team 
- ⁠should come from hotel management
