Job Summary

We are hiring a MERN Stack Developer to design and build scalable, user-friendly web applications. This role demands strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, along with hands-on experience in developing REST APIs and applying clean coding practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about performance optimization, modern web development, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
• Design and implement efficient, reusable frontend and backend components using the MERN stack.
• Develop robust and scalable APIs with Node.js & Express.js for seamless frontend integration.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UI components with React.js, ensuring high performance and a great user experience.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic for optimal responsiveness and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues during development and testing.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to improving development workflows and team efficiency.
• Provide accurate project estimates and regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Node.js & Express.js for RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of the MERN stack and its ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (data modeling, queries, indexing).
• Proficiency in React.js and building component-based UIs.
• Experience with Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), API routes, and server actions.
• Familiarity with core web vitals and performance optimization.
• Unit testing experience with Mocha & Chai (or similar frameworks).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate across teams.
• Educational qualifications: B.Tech (Computer Science/Information Technology), BCA, MCA, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployments).

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in full-stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.
