AEM Developer

Job Summary

The AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe CQ5. In this role, you will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient, scalable solutions that enhance user experience and ensure robust website functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe CQ5.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM-based applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, configurations, and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AEM development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe CQ5.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, servlets, JSP, and related technologies.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AEM 6.x or later versions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AEM deployments (Adobe Managed Services or similar).
  • Understanding of SEO, web analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in AEM.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AEM development, including customization, integration, and deployment of digital solutions.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.

Environment

  • Location: Hyderabad (on-site or hybrid, as per company policy).
  • Full-time position with standard office hours and occasional extended hours based on project requirements.
  • Collaborative team environment with cross-functional interactions.

Salary

  • ₹12,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
