• Keen eye for business fundamentals and platform thinking

• Be results/metrics driven and fiercely objective on prioritization

• Working with data is critical. You need to have exposure to some form of data analytics.

• You must have UX design and automation experience (especially in an online-offline hybrid world)

• Must have collaborated with other functional leaders directly in the past
