About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team in the B2B space. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong career trajectory in inside sales. As an SDR, you will focus on lead generation, engage with potential customers, and qualify sales opportunities for our sales teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct lead generation efforts in a B2B environment to identify potential customers.

- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.

- Assist the sales team in building and nurturing customer relationships.

- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.

- Meet monthly lead generation and qualification targets.

- Work closely with sales leadership to strategize on improving lead conversion rates.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

- Freshers or candidates with 1-8 years of experience in sales or lead generation.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Someone who is willing to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment.

- MBA graduates or those looking to start a career in *sales development*.

 

Experience & Compensation:

- Freshers: ₹4 LPA (Annual Package)

- 1-4 years experience: ₹6 LPA (Annual Package)

- 4+ years experience: ₹8 LPA (Annual Package)
