1. Comprehensive experience in creating short term and long-term service standards, operational policies towards enhancing customer experience<br /> 2. Proven capability of nurturing partnership by engaging with various working groups at all levels <br /> 3. Keen planner, strategist & implementer with strong commercial and business acumen.<br /> 4. Ensure customer delight, feedback mechanism.<br /> 5. Should carry excellent Client Relationship (Internal as well as External), good at making and maintaining public relations backed by strong influencing skills. <br /> 6. Attention to Detail: Ability to visualize the bigger picture, eye for details to craft solutions that build compelling value proposition for the customer, yielding revenue growth.
