Company Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Maestro group, a core technological initiative within the EVA organization. Maestro is a strategic automation platform designed to automate and industrialize the implementation and configuration of Travel Agency products.

Job Summary

As an Automation Developer/Product Definition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming manual implementation processes into fully digital and automated workflows. This position offers high visibility within the EVA organization and real opportunities for professional growth. Your active listening skills and problem-solving mindset will be essential as you collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to contribute to this high-impact transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product service designs and define automation requirements.
• Write and execute validation plans for automated implementations.
• Develop automation scripts using Maestro features and APIs.
• Maintain and support automation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of development and scripting languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with a large variety of stakeholders (functional and technical).
• Ability to write clear specifications and test plans.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with back-end systems (e.g., LSS, AOM, FareXpert, ABR rules).
• Knowledge of jQuery.

Experience

• Relevant experience in automation development and product definition is preferred.
