Job Summary
The Ecommerce and Quick Commerce - Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily platform operations, purchase orders, inventory coordination, and channel communication across the company's e-commerce and quick commerce accounts. This role ensures platform health, stock availability, and high fulfillment rates, contributing to the company's growth in online retail channels. It is a full-time, in-office position based in Pune, with no outbound calling or field travel involved.
Responsibilities

Purchase Order (PO) & Fulfillment Coordination:
Track and process daily POs from quick commerce channels (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Smytten). Book delivery slots, generate ASNs/invoices, and coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure 100% on-time fulfillment and minimize rejections. Follow up on dispatches, track Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and reconcile discrepancies. -
Account Health & Listing Hygiene:
Monitor platform dashboards regularly to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) rates for high-moving SKUs. Audit live product listings for correct pricing, active promotions, image accuracy, and product descriptions. Raise and track support tickets with platform vendor teams for inventory mismatches, listing suppressions, or barcode issues. -
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain daily and weekly trackers in Excel/Google Sheets for sales, pending orders, inventory levels, and return rates. Monitor stock velocity to identify replenishment needs and coordinate with production and packaging teams proactively. -
Channel Communication:
Address inbound platform messages, vendor operational queries, and customer issue escalations via email and portal chats promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- 1 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, account coordination, or marketplace support, preferably within FMCG or consumer brands.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filters).
- Working knowledge of seller/vendor dashboards.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
- Knowledge of inventory management and platform support processes.
- Ability to work in a structured, organized manner with high attention to detail.
- Proactive follow-through on deadlines and operational tasks.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, account management, or marketplace backend support, ideally within FMCG or consumer brands.
Environment
- Work Setting: In-office at ICC Towers, Pune, next to JW Marriott & Pavillion Mall, SB Road.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with half-day on Saturday.
- Work Conditions: Office environment with a focus on operational coordination, data management, and platform communication. No field travel or outbound sales activities involved.
Salary
- Range: ₹3,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and skills.
